Respecting each other’s time

 I know how life can sometimes get in the way, so I will always try to offer flexibility with your sewing bookings & accommodate any requested changes where I can.

However I do need to protect myself from last minute cancellations or rescheduling, which prevent me from taking another customer’s booking on that occasion & also on the rescheduled date (where applicable).

This is also why I ask for advance payment to confirm your booking. As soon as you send an appointment booking that time becomes unavailable to anyone else so I need confirmation that you definitely intend to use this time – otherwise it’s a lost sales opportunity for me. Experience has taught me that requesting advance payment is the best way to be assured of this.
